GRANDMOTHER AND FRIEND

Grandmother and Friend 1995-2010 Dolores Marusarz

This painting depicts a comfortable scene of a grandmother and her companion. We are waiting for the complacent cat to decide it is time to attack the doily. It looks like it may happen any moment, but in the meanwhile, Grandma is happy to have her warm, furry friend beside her, and uses her arm to rub the cat.

This painting is framed in with an ivory border and gold trim. It is painted in oils on a 24 X 30" stretched Belgian linen, ready for hanging.
