GUEST COMMENTARY

These kiddies obviously enjoy cuddling the bunnies although the furrier creatures were trying their best to get away from the children's grasp. This is a highly detailed painting. The original incident took place some 49 years ago on a large farm in Lemont, IL.

Girls and Bunnies ©1998 Dolores Marusarz

This painting was completed in oils. It is on a five-layer birch plywood, primed with rabbit (not THOSE rabbits) skin glue (sorry, Bugs) and gessoed. It measures 18 X 24 ".
